Crash replacement
Falls are part of road cycling. But we hope that you never really hurt yourself seriously.
If, despite this, your KAMA.Jersey, Longsleeve or your KAMA.Bib has been badly damaged in a fall or accident, please contact us immediately.
- take by e-mail Contact us and send us photos of your bib or jersey that was destroyed in the fall. In individual cases we can also ask you to send the goods to our headquarters (KAMA. Epic Cycling Apparel OG, Panoramaweg 9, 8045 Stategg).
- If you are allowed to crash replacement, you will immediately receive a -40% voucher for the purchase of a replacement product from the current collection.
Crash Replacement only applies to products purchased from our online shop.
