    We understand that shipping costs are not always ideal. As a medium-sized company, we value transparency and openly show our customers the actual costs for packaging, shipping and handling, instead of adding them to the product price.

    We always strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible and work with various shipping providers to be able to offer you the best prices. That's why we are pleased to be able to offer free shipping for orders over €150.00.

    We deliver EU-wide incl. Switzerland. For other countries please contact us at unter hello@kama-shop.at, we are sure to find a solution.

    If the delivery address is incorrect, the shipping service provider will return the package to us after several delivery attempts. Unfortunately, this will incur costs of over €20.00, some of which we will have to pass on.

    As soon as we receive the package, we will refund the purchase price minus a portion of the return costs. You can then reorder the goods at any time - please make sure you use the correct delivery address.

    As soon as your order leaves our logistics center at niceshops, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email to the address you provided. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find an email. If you still have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact our service team at hello@kama-shop.at .

    We are always looking for suitable sales partners and bike shops where our customers feel comfortable and well advised. KAMA is currently available primarily through our online shop. Information about pop-up stores in Austria and Germany as well as trade fair and expo participation can always be found here on our website.

    Returns and complaints

    If you would like to exchange for a different item or size, please return the item as described here for a full refund. You can then simply reorder the desired item.

    You can find more information about returns here. Returned goods must be in a resalable condition (original packaging, tags, unwashed and unworn) to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not received in a resalable condition.

    A direct exchange is not possible. However, as an online company, we are obliged to take back goods that have already been reduced. If you return sale items and items that have been reduced with a discount code, you will receive a voucher by email for the value of the goods purchased. The voucher can then be redeemed on all products and is valid indefinitely.

    If you are unsure about the size or model, we recommend that you order using "purchase on account". This way you can try on the items at your leisure and only decide to buy them once you have received them.

    Although we are based in Graz, our office mainly serves as a creative workspace where we work on our webshop, our brand presence and the designs and cuts of our collections.

    All KAMA products are stored at our partner niceshops in Saaz/Feldbach (Austria) and shipped from there directly to our customers.

    We accept returns of regular and discounted products within the return period. However, each return incurs internal costs for quality control, repackaging and storage at our logistics partner. Therefore, we ask our customers to bear the return costs themselves.

    In order to reduce returns in advance, we offer you detailed product descriptions and the opportunity to contact our service team, as well as our virtual size advisor under the "Find your size" button on every product detail page. With this tool, you can find your right size even more easily and thus minimize the likelihood of a return.

    Products and sponsorship

    The Bluesign® seal is awarded by a Swiss company called bluesign technologies AG and guarantees environmentally friendly textile production without dangerous pollutants. The focus is on 5 principles: resource productivity, consumer protection, water protection, emission protection and occupational safety.

    We hope you're OK after your crash! It's annoying when your favorite cycling gear gets damaged, but the most important thing is that you're uninjured.

    Please send us a photo of your destroyed KAMA clothing to hello@kama-shop.at. As a small consolation, we will give you a 40% voucher for replacing your jersey and/or bib shorts.

    To become part of the KAMA.Community, ideally you already have experience with our products and are convinced of our quality and values. This is also reflected in your public Instagram feed and in the digital and analog exchange with your active community.
