    Returns:

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased products, you have upon receipt of the goods 14 days long time to return the goods. 

    Please return the item in its original packaging, unused, packaged securely for transport and postage paid (= you pay the postage) to the following address:

    Please download the return slip, fill it out and send the goods back to us including the return slip. Upon return, we will refund the amount to your chosen payment method within 10 working days after receipt of your return, does not apply to reduced goods.

    Returns and exchanges for reduced goods: When returning reduced goods, a cash payment or reversal of the purchase amount is not possible. You will be refunded the value of the return in the form of a voucher. Reduced goods are excluded from the exchange.

    Complaints:

    Note:

    The KAMA.Bibs Core and Pro are reinforced in some places with double-needle flat seams. Stitching these seams can result in loose threads. The seams can be destroyed simply by pulling or tearing at protruding threads. We ask you to simply cut off any protruding threads with small scissors. 

    Rough saddles or saddles made of carbon should be ridden with the Pro Bib X. Here the flat seams have been removed to be more robust. 

    If your KAMA product shows other quality defects, material defects or production defects, this is a case of complaint.

    Please do the following: 

    1. Photograph the product and the defect (whole product, multiple detail shots of the defect) 

    2. Describe the defect/production error in detail and email everything to us hello@kama-shop.at

    3. Your case will be forwarded to the producer in Italy and discussed with the KAMA.Team. This may take a few days. 

    What happens then? 

    If the complaint is accepted, your product will either be repaired or exchanged. The purchase amount of the product cannot be paid out in cash or as a voucher. 

    If the complaint is rejected (if it is not a material or production defect but your own fault) the product complained about will be sent back to you.
